IN NO EVENT SHALL CULINARY DELIGHTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.
